Former student-athlete at Arkansas State University and Kennesaw State University. I received my bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies, where I fell in love with sociology, psychology, and leadership while competing in track and field.
I struggled with mental health-related issues like performance anxiety, stress, feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and at times, depression.
With a passion and love for sports, mental health, and spiritual life, I worked on a project in my graduate program for the International Olympic Committee (IOC) to help bring awareness to mental health on college campuses and inside youth communities, called Mind Totality.
Out of 5,000 applicants, my social project Mind Totality was selected as one of just 25 projects worldwide.
With the hope of expanding the Olympic Movement into my community, I created Mind Totality to help student-athletes connect with the resources, spaces, and supportive communities they need to navigate the unique challenges of being a student-athlete.
The goal is to empower them to build confidence and reach their full potential—on and off the field—while also developing youth sports programs in underserved communities.
Empower, inspire, equip young athletes to prioritize their mental health through community driven workshops, events, and services designed to develop confidence and positive thinking.
Our mission also includes expanding access to youth sports in underserved communities, empowering young people to grow in confidence, resilience, and purpose

To expand the Olympic Movement by creating spaces where sports are guided by the values of peace, respect, friendship, and excellence.
We envision a world where the mind becomes a place of peace and well-being, driven by joy, mental clarity, and lasting happiness.
We aim to create intentional spaces where college students can rest, relax, and recharge after long days—while learning to prioritize their mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
