We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we’re here to help.

Terms of Return
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

Condition of Return
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Eligible Reasons for Return

• Damaged or defective items
   
• Incorrect items received
   

Please note: We do not accept returns for items due to change of mind unless previously agreed upon.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at Kyndallhudsonn@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
   
• A description of the issue
   
• Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
   

We will respond within 2-3 business days with further instructions.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
